Welcome to the KFITS page run by Grace Roegner! This blog is promoted to kids and getting them fit. It’s designed to help elementary school kids eat right and exercise on a daily basis no matter where they are fitness or health wise. The main focus of this blog will be on eating the right foods to ensure kids are getting the correct nutrients so they can remain active and healthy young kids. I enjoy working out myself and trying to eat as healthy as my University Dining Hall allows me to. I love working with young kids so I hope to influence their minds by persuading them eating right and exercising can be fun and doesn’t have to be a chore.
